Comprehensive Economic Crime Training
There are three ‘failure to prevent’ pieces of legislation that are Failure to Prevent Fraud, Failure to Prevent Facilitation of Tax Evasion and Failure to Prevent Bribery. We have developed a consolidated training module that combines all three offences.
